For US Orders: You will be charged any applicable Duty and Import Taxes by the courier company.

Made-to-order or Pre-order items have an estimated rate at checkout. Shipping fees will be confirmed, and our team will be in touch with the final rate and any additional shipping payment required.

If you refuse any shipments from September Collective, you will be responsible for the
shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (for both the outbound and returned shipments). This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Pre-ordering allows you to secure exclusive or in-demand items as they become available. Full payment is required at checkout, and your item will be reserved for you. Pre-ordered items typically take up to 2 months to arrive, depending on production and shipping timelines. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, unforeseen delays may occur, and we will keep you informed. Please note that pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified.

September Collective currently ships to Canada & the US. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories.

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving an order. Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return.

Contact us at info@septembercollective.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns.

Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

No, we do not offer exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
